Peak season:
$680 per night
Minimum 7-night stay
+Easter, Min 4 night stay
Mid-Peak:
Sunday to Thursday, $520 per night
Friday and Saturday, $540 per night
*Minimum 3-night stay
Low Peak:
Sunday to Thursday, $510 per night
Friday and Saturday, $530 per night
*Minimum 3-night stay
A once-off cleaning fee of $160 applies to all bookings
A $500 bond is required and will be refunded upon inspection of property.
*Minimum Stay:
Our minimum stay of 3 nights (7 nights over summer school holidays) is to help us with the high cost of cleaning in a semi-remote location. However, we will accept a 2-night booking with a ‘short stay’ surcharge of $300.00 to help us offset the cleaning cost – just give us a call on 0413337933 to book your dates.
